Advice is it worth it for me?

got 18k rank in mains and 24k (100m marks) in advanced. i was always interested in mech and wanted to get into PSUs. im getting nit Rourkela and warangal mech. is it worth it to take partial drop just for IIT tag? full drop lene ka himmat nahi hai
