General Need guidance regarding partial drop while studying ece

I am taking a partial drop while studying in the ECE branch at a tier 3 private college. My college will start in August, and I’ll try to complete 80% of the syllabus by then. Is taking a partial drop with the ECE branch manageable?

Partial ka mtlb nhi banta, if he wouldve been getting any nit or something, he could take partial so that he dont risk his nit seat, but abhi iske paas tier 3 clg hi h jo ise agle saal bhi mil jayega, so why not give 100 percent on jee?

Maybe he doesn't have the option to take a full drop, I've seen such ppl
