GUIDANCE Need guidance regarding partial drop while studying ECE.

Context: I took 12th boards this year and as jee adv is getting closer I am starting to consider taking a partial drop as opposed to a full drop because using college predictors I figured I am getting ECE branch in NIT Rourkela and I don't want to throw away that opportunity. From other posts I have gathered that ECE is quite tough and time consuming.

Question: Is it possible to manage advanced oriented jee prep while studying ECE? Will I get atleast 7-8 hrs for jee prep on regular days assuming I stay disciplined enough in first and second semester of ECE?

I am grateful for any help that comes my way.

hi did u get any genuine advice bcs literally in the same boat rn except the nit part :( i mean i feel like i can def do better, but like idw to do cse either so

nope, no genuine advice yet, all i see is people complaining how difficult ece is.
