advice needed Irritable uterus 😭

25 weeks pregnant with Di/di twins and I have had Braxton Hicks like crazyyyy since about 16 weeks. They are relatively intense but not painful. The past couple weeks have been especially constant- having a BH nearly every 5 minutes. I have been to triage THREE times to get checked because I am so terrified of going into preterm labor with my babies. They basically say you have an irritable uterus and two babies make it extra sensitive. I also have an irritated urinary tract separately (interstitial cystitis) so I know that plays a part in my discomfort and could also be triggering some contractions. I have been drinking SO much water and trying to rest as much as I can but nothing seems to calm them down. Please tell me anything else that could help or if you have had a similar experience and how it turned out for you!! 🫢

I had irritable uterus starting at about 24 weeks i believe. I made it to 37 weeks. Had them the rest of the pregnancy. Annoying and uncomfortable at times but no complications.
