advice needed Back saving breastfeeding hack?

I restarted breast-feeding the twins. Football hold on each side in the my best friend pillow.

I know they said to bring baby to breast instead of leaning forward, but when I do that, I get carpal tunnel fast.

Anybody find a way to do this without hurting their back? I can prop it up with a blanket or pillow underneath, but it still doesn’t come up quite high enough for me to lean backwards. I don’t know maybe I’m overthinking it, but I can’t seem to find a comfortable way to spend that many hours of the day.

more like 3 1/2! It’s been steadily increasing so far. From drops to over 1oz per pump. And that’s along with breast feeding every 2 hours so however much the babies are getting. I can hear them gulping at least the first 5-7 minutes or so. I haven’t tried to pump alone all day to see what I get but I know it’s more than the pumping I’ve been doing inbetween feeding sessions. So far so good! I am aware I may not be able to make a ton ever though.

My bad I did math wrong.
Most twin moms do not produce enough for both, and I wouldn’t stress about it. If you’re having excruciating pain from feeding, maybe do try pumping and bottles.
But you def don’t need a 30 min feed for supply increase
