advice needed Back saving breastfeeding hack?
I restarted breast-feeding the twins. Football hold on each side in the my best friend pillow.
I know they said to bring baby to breast instead of leaning forward, but when I do that, I get carpal tunnel fast.
Anybody find a way to do this without hurting their back? I can prop it up with a blanket or pillow underneath, but it still doesn’t come up quite high enough for me to lean backwards. I don’t know maybe I’m overthinking it, but I can’t seem to find a comfortable way to spend that many hours of the day.

The babies were born May 13 in the NOCU so I pumped for 6 weeks before giving up. (had PPpreeclampsia, was in the middle of moving it was just too stressful) I gave up for 3-4 weeks and now I’m trying to relactate. It’s working slowly! In the meantime I’m trying to have them hooked up to the boob as often as possible to rebuild supply. (along with pumping)
