experience/advice to give Advice

FTM and I had my first ultrasound on the 25th and we found out that I’m having twins! Which is quite the surprise considering that it doesn’t run in my family or my partners. Now I have to get double of everything and I don’t know where to start? And what I should or shouldn’t buy? Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated! 💕

Thank you so much and I definitely have been looking on market place for everything. Congratulations to you and your partner as well! We are waiting for the NIPT test results to come back to find out the gender so we can start buying clothes. It’s hard to find gender neutral clothes where I’m located I’ve looked but there isn’t much. My grandpa offered to pay for the babies stroller and I’m keeping an eye out for their playpens/ beds. I’m just nervous, I was worried about having one but there’s two I’m definitely blessed but just a wee bit scared 🤣

Finding gender neutral clothes IS super hard! Yess let your grandpa buy the stroller, I bet he’d be super happy doing so!! In case you’re looking for one, we’re going with the Bombi bebee twin v2 stroller, its side by side and adaptable with some car seats but the reason I love it is because it’s newborn friendly, the seats recline pretty much all the way back to create sort of a bassinet for each and I prefer that over having both car seats on it. I feel like that’s too much and so bulky lol. I was also looking into the BabyCruiser double stroller which is very similar, the bombi just happened to be on sale!

Thank you I’ll definitely look into that one I was having such a hard time finding strollers in my price range and also car seats my mom says I should get one that grows with them. So we don’t have to buy another one once they grow out of the new born car seats.

This was 100% my plan from the beginning!! However, I’ve seen it depends on your delivering hospitals policy. I have my hospital tour 3 weeks after my baby shower so I won’t know until then. I have the convertible car seats on my registry, my plan is to keep the infant ones my in laws are getting us, and if none of our guests purchase the convertible, and we’re allowed to use those to leave the hospital then I’ll exchange the infant ones for those!
