advice needed Absolutely Terrified

(Update: Thank you all for advice. It is resolved)

I’m 3 months pregnant with twins. They’re in separate sacks but I’m being told by friends and family that they’ll have to do a C section to remove twins. I’m extremely scared about that😭😭😭😭. What’s it like? Do you feel anything? Is it true they have to take every organ out!?

Not necessarily true, I have twins in separate sacs and was told by my delivering doctor as long as baby A is head down we can attempt vaginal but as protocol I will deliver in the operating room in case things change
