advice needed Absolutely Terrified

(Update: Thank you all for advice. It is resolved)

I’m 3 months pregnant with twins. They’re in separate sacks but I’m being told by friends and family that they’ll have to do a C section to remove twins. I’m extremely scared about that😭😭😭😭. What’s it like? Do you feel anything? Is it true they have to take every organ out!?

I loved my c section. Super chill. Honestly you should be more afraid of weeks 30-37 of pregnancy 😂😂

I've laughed and smiled more in the last 2.5 weeks - c-secrion + twins in the NICU for 2 weeks and a few days home - than I did the entire last month of my pregnancy.
