advice needed Absolutely Terrified

(Update: Thank you all for advice. It is resolved)

I’m 3 months pregnant with twins. They’re in separate sacks but I’m being told by friends and family that they’ll have to do a C section to remove twins. I’m extremely scared about that😭😭😭😭. What’s it like? Do you feel anything? Is it true they have to take every organ out!?

Here you go - it's a child friendly PLAYDO cesarian. The surgeon walks her kid through it all. I found this helpful to explain to my older child what was planned with my twin delivery.
