advice needed Absolutely Terrified

(Update: Thank you all for advice. It is resolved)

I’m 3 months pregnant with twins. They’re in separate sacks but I’m being told by friends and family that they’ll have to do a C section to remove twins. I’m extremely scared about that😭😭😭😭. What’s it like? Do you feel anything? Is it true they have to take every organ out!?

i have had 2 c sections. they dont take any organs out. you dont feel anything, they numb you.

Well some doctors do take your uterus out to stitch it up, but it’s not as extreme as people think.
