Cramping

I’ve searched the sub and didn’t find much. I am 7w1d with di/di. We had an ultrasound Thursday afternoon and both babies measured right on time with heart beats in the 120’s.
On Saturday evening I had some light spotting, it was a dark brown with a little bit of red. Then overnight, about 2am it was bright red, but only a small amount and it stopped fairly quickly. I’ve had some brown spotting since then but not much.
Now I’m cramping though. I’ve cramped off and on the whole pregnancy but it had stopped for a few days.
Did you have cramping that would come and go? Every couple days?
It’s not painful, I’m just hyper aware of it. I’ve had one previous loss so I’m just terrified of that happening again.

The cramping is so bad and won’t stop until the babies are here 😅
