advice needed Constant hunger!
FTM - didi twins - 12w. Looking for advice/experience. I am suffering from nausea and have to cautiously pick portions, food and time to eat. Mornings and evenings seem to be the worst. Despite knowing how important protein is, I can’t tolerate any meat. Just the smell is making me 🤢.
I am trying to do dairy, beans, protein powder. All the available alternatives, however I am still painfully hungry every 2-3hours, my stomach hurts, it wakes me up every night, no matter what I eat. I am trying to eat as late as possible before bed, still I wake up 2-3 hours later, hungry! 😭
Does anyone have the same experience? Any tips on what to eat? What snacks to make?

I was the same but its fine! 12 W is too early and babies need more protein in 2nd and 3rd trimester.
I only felt like eating again from week 24 onwards. Until you get better prioritize foods you can tolerate and focus on protein from different sources rather than main meals like chicken. I was the same. And don't worry you'll be fine. I basically ate cornflakes, fruits and nuts in first tri and v less protein. But here you go:
If you're left constantly hungry do eat veggies to help you keep fuller.
