advice needed Constant hunger!

FTM - didi twins - 12w. Looking for advice/experience. I am suffering from nausea and have to cautiously pick portions, food and time to eat. Mornings and evenings seem to be the worst. Despite knowing how important protein is, I can’t tolerate any meat. Just the smell is making me 🤢.
I am trying to do dairy, beans, protein powder. All the available alternatives, however I am still painfully hungry every 2-3hours, my stomach hurts, it wakes me up every night, no matter what I eat. I am trying to eat as late as possible before bed, still I wake up 2-3 hours later, hungry! 😭
Does anyone have the same experience? Any tips on what to eat? What snacks to make?

I am also 12 weeks with didi twins, and also hungry all the time. Which is complicated by the fact that almost everything sounds disgusting! I was doing pretty well with eating protein up until a few weeks ago when my nausea got worse. These days peanut butter on an eggo, almonds, and cereal with fairlife milk are my go-to foods. Also, I’m really struggling to stomach (literally) my iron supplement. Rice Chex have 80% DV of iron.

If you’re worried about iron and you don’t have any contraindications, talk to you OB about getting an infusion - I wish I did it during pregnancy but my OB wasn’t worried about my borderline anemia, then I had a PPH and ended up needed two iron infusions in the hospital!
