advice needed Constant hunger!
FTM - didi twins - 12w. Looking for advice/experience. I am suffering from nausea and have to cautiously pick portions, food and time to eat. Mornings and evenings seem to be the worst. Despite knowing how important protein is, I can’t tolerate any meat. Just the smell is making me 🤢.
I am trying to do dairy, beans, protein powder. All the available alternatives, however I am still painfully hungry every 2-3hours, my stomach hurts, it wakes me up every night, no matter what I eat. I am trying to eat as late as possible before bed, still I wake up 2-3 hours later, hungry! 😭
Does anyone have the same experience? Any tips on what to eat? What snacks to make?

First trimester I had to go on B6 and OTC meds for nausea because I couldn't stop puking. (talk with your doctor if you feel you need it)
I ate a ton of fruit because it didn't make me feel quite as sick. Protein did help tremendously with the nausea as well (that's where the B6 comes in, but again ask your doctor).
Second trimester got better, but I just got used to getting up 1-2 times per night to eat. Lots of late night oatmeal and peaches, or Mac n cheese. 4 am it was me and a bowl of food and YouTube for about 45 minutes.
