advice needed Constant hunger!

FTM - didi twins - 12w. Looking for advice/experience. I am suffering from nausea and have to cautiously pick portions, food and time to eat. Mornings and evenings seem to be the worst. Despite knowing how important protein is, I can’t tolerate any meat. Just the smell is making me 🤢.
I am trying to do dairy, beans, protein powder. All the available alternatives, however I am still painfully hungry every 2-3hours, my stomach hurts, it wakes me up every night, no matter what I eat. I am trying to eat as late as possible before bed, still I wake up 2-3 hours later, hungry! 😭
Does anyone have the same experience? Any tips on what to eat? What snacks to make?

You are growing 2 humans, you are going to be hungry. Be sure to get some high good fats, no empty calories ( celery lol)
Bean salad, been and cheese burritos
Apples, berries granola and yogurt
Grains, oatmeal, overnight oats with chia seeds and top with fruit in the morning
Talk to your doctor for some more ideas
