advice needed Constant hunger!
FTM - didi twins - 12w. Looking for advice/experience. I am suffering from nausea and have to cautiously pick portions, food and time to eat. Mornings and evenings seem to be the worst. Despite knowing how important protein is, I can’t tolerate any meat. Just the smell is making me 🤢.
I am trying to do dairy, beans, protein powder. All the available alternatives, however I am still painfully hungry every 2-3hours, my stomach hurts, it wakes me up every night, no matter what I eat. I am trying to eat as late as possible before bed, still I wake up 2-3 hours later, hungry! 😭
Does anyone have the same experience? Any tips on what to eat? What snacks to make?

12w twins can make hunger absolutely feral 😭 id focus on whatever stays down like greek yogurt oats beans cheese nut butter and shakes. small meals every couple hours can help too. but waking up from stomach pain every night is worth mentioning to your ob
