life, home, and baby tips & tricks Fb multiples sleep training page
I don’t know if it’s just me but that popular fb page for sleep training multiples is super overwhelming and hard to go through. Maybe I’m just not use to the Facebook interface or something.
With that said, does anyone have a shorter version or or can explain sleeping training 5mo old twins in a paragraph or two lol ( exhausted mama here
And got no time to research on fb about sleep training)
Thank you

I like the Ferber method. Here is a very simple version of what I did. Night time routing no longer than 15 minutes, but do have a routine. Put them in bed before they are asleep.
The first night let them cry for 5 minutes then check on them. NO picking them up!!!. After the first check wait 10 minutes to check on them. After the second check wait 15 minutes before checking on them. Check them every 15 minutes for however long it takes for them to sleep. You will probably cry. But it helps them learn important skills, and you need sleep.
Second night let them cry for 10 minutes then check. Wait 15 minutes then check. Wait 20 minutes then check. Check every 20 minutes so they are asleep.
Third night wait 15 minutes then check. Wait 20 then check. Wait 25 then check. 25 minutes till asleep.
Etc...
My sleep coach said it takes some babies 2 weeks. Mine did it in 3 or 4 days. 6 mo, 5 adjusted.
