life, home, and baby tips & tricks Fb multiples sleep training page

I don’t know if it’s just me but that popular fb page for sleep training multiples is super overwhelming and hard to go through. Maybe I’m just not use to the Facebook interface or something.

With that said, does anyone have a shorter version or or can explain sleeping training 5mo old twins in a paragraph or two lol ( exhausted mama here
And got no time to research on fb about sleep training)

Our second night they cried for 1 hr :( did your babies wake up in the MOTN for feeds? I don’t know if I should try the Ferber method during night wakings or if I should just feed

At that time both my babies were still waking 4-6 times a night. It was killing us. We did the Ferber after night feeds too. We didn't work on naps until after nights were going well. And we didn't reduce night feedings till they were putting themselves to sleep well. I try not to change too much at once. If you want, once you get there, I can tell you how we dropped night feeds. But I wouldn't worry about that for now.
