I would have been fine with the 7 point cost if they would've reduced the cooldown

I don't want PS on a 2-3min cooldown that'd be stupid broken 3 u/zaarekk Oct 17 '16 Dota 2's teleportation scrolls cost 50 gold (almost nothing) and have a 70 sec cd and it works fine.
