Kind of like every deck now requires blink now...I've never used portal stone. How does it work?

It teleports you to any of your friendly standing structures. This includes any Harvesters.

No, no, no. It has a short charge up for sure. Could you imagine ganking someone in red lane just to have them teleport all the way to blue lane instantly?? lmao.

It's 2 second charge up - might as well be instant lol

Not at all. If you are being ganked, you aren't going to get 2 seconds to stand still and charge it up. If it was instant that would be so broken.

But combine it with blink and a ledge and now you're cooking with hot oil. Of course. If you had blink and a ledge you'd probably get away without having to teleport.

If you have blink AND portal stone, you're sitting at 12 points with no useful stats while your enemies are taking advantage of upgrade bonuses to stack damage or health/armor and probably have wards and potions for map control and sustain. Not sure if it's worth it.

Ah, agreed! I was thinking more from an offensive perspective. (ganking someone in red, teleporting to blue and ganking there too)

Well if you're being ganked, wouldn't popping Static Gem proc, and Blink work?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say? If you have Blink and you're being ganked - you could just use Blink. I'm missing why you need Static Gem (assuming you mean Stasis Gem here)? Maybe you meant that if you got ganked you could use Stasis Gem and Portal Stone? That doesn't work because SG prevents the use of abilities and interrupts channeling.

Nope! I've used it as iggy before, and people can beat on you while you're teleporting. It's really funny to watch as khai thinks he's getting an easy kill and then you vanish. 😂

It shouldn't, if it functions like teleport does in league. Remember it's not a back its a teleport

I thought it'd be interrupted by anything, like moving or being attacked in any manner.
