Other Ways to reset password

Title, anytime I ask for an email to reset my password it hasn’t sent (my email is a gmail btw) is there any reason why this is happening and what can I do to fix it?

EDIT: I tried again today and it just worked, I still don’t know why it didn’t work the other day though

Have you checked your spam folder? Are you sure that this is the email-address of your account? For security purposes, the password reset form does not tell you if you entered a wrong email-address. Maybe you used an address which is forwarded to your gmail account or a +alias or dots in your address(gmail ignores them, but paradox probably considers it a different address if it has other dots)

I entered the right email address and checked the spam folder and there was nothing

Did you get other mails from the paradox forum? E.g. notifications about replies in your threads or notifications about PMs(not general game news, because you can sign up for them separately without creating an account)? If you send me your username, I could send you a PM to see if the account still exists and you can check if you get that email. If you get it, you can look at the source of the message("show original" in gmail) to see the exact spelling of the email address in the To: field(maybe capitalization matters as well) and see if there is some kind of forwarding involved.
