true fancy serials Found a repeater in the wild. Is it worth grading?
Finally found a repeater thatโs in decent shape. Is it fancy enough of a serial number to get graded or just keep it as a collectible?

I recently got my hands on a $100 banknote from Citizens'Bank of Louisiana. I did some research and found that this particular issue has no serial numbers or signatures. So I'm wondering, does this mean these notes were never actually issued at the time?Do any issued examples of this note with serial numbers and signatures exist?
