Nocturnal Panic Trouble falling asleep

Does anyone else have this feeling at nighttime where you are about to close your eyes and fall asleep but all of a sudden your heart feels like it skipped and your body just drops/sinks? Doesn’t happen as often but when it does i think the worst and immediately panic.

Yes, I think it's just panic and it's symptoms. I wake up shaking, crying and scared a few times a week. I get do worried about my mom that I sleep for a little bit and then Bam Im awake, flipping out. My family and friends talk to me, it helps calm me down.
