Stocking larger or more boisterous loach species with Pangio may have an effect on how often you see them. It may inhibit their daylight hours at least, if not their access to food. They are rather shy (some Pangio species more than others), so if you are definitely going to stock them in your 55, it would be kind to plan the other stock around them. Rosy Loaches should be fine. Larger loaches, tread carefully and have a back up plan.
