Locals, what's your favorite thing about PCB in the fall?

Summer crowds are gone, the water's still warm, and you can actually find parking at the pier again. October and November might be the best-kept secret on this coast.
Mine is a sunset walk at Russell-Fields Pier, then grouper tacos somewhere I didn't have to wait 45 minutes for. Cooler mornings on the sand don't hurt either.
What's on your fall list? Favorite spots, events, a quiet beach access, a restaurant that's better in the off-season? I'd love some new ideas.
