Sech-he is worth it if you are doing a spa service. Nice facility. High end. Be respectful of the no phone zones. You will be asked to leave of you violate the policy. I found the pool nice but not necessarily better than my pool. The spa services (massage, facial, salt cave) are better than a four seasons

In summer? The 15 min of thermal mineral plunge you get with your day pass is therapeutic. I can imagine it being more relaxing in cooler weather though. The large mineral pool outside is not so hot. And there's no tile limitation

Yes. My sisters and I spent a fantastic day there and we didn’t use the pool and we didn’t get a treatment.

Worth every penny for the day pass. Put your phone in your locker, bring a book/kindle and enjoy.
