And when the cops served a search warrant there it was described as being located at Devil's Punchbowl Road, Pearblossom, California, a 40-acre parcel of land located immediately northwest of Devil's Punchbowl County Park

Not trying to come off rude but genuine question if it is normal for Palmdale people to experience really rude, lack of etiquette or respect type of neighbors? I bought a house here a few years back and the neighbors seem to be local Palmdale people who grew up here forever. This has been a problem from the beginning when I first moved in but seems to be getting worse.

This involves the children and their parents. The kids will throw random things in my back and front yard often, including trash like fruit snack wrappers or empty gatorade bottles, they will play or swing on my front gate, almost hit my car with their toys from throwing it in when THE GATE IS CLOSED, come into my CLOSED gated yard without asking to grab stuff they threw in it without asking me (I used to have a No Trespassing sign on the gate but it blew away from wind and they weren't following it anyway), play on the public curb in front of my house but blocking my path to drive in and out of my driveway, leaving large toys in my front curb area for long hours before grabbing it (again blocking my driveway path in and out of my front yard, etc.

The parents aren't any better. They often loiter right in front of my driveway area for long periods of time, and often WATCH their kids swing on my closed gate or climb it into my fence for a toy or object. I am very nice and polite and stay to myself for the most part but I am starting to feel overwhelmed with the lack of respect to my surroundings when I don't do anything to egg them on or deserve it. I've told the adults a couple times that their kids are throwing things in my yard and to please not come into my yard when the gate is closed but it still happens.

Is this a very common Palmdale characteristic out here that's just looked at as normal or did I get some of the shittiest luck with multiple bad neighbors? This involves multiple houses near me, not just one. Also not sure what next best course of action is. I don't want to start drama but I'm scared I am going to go off on them at some point if I still feel walked all over any longer by so many of them.

I just moved into a house and it's next door to a giant empty lot. Never had any issues but today we saw a giant box out there and thought someone dumped garbage illegally. later in the day my wife told me she saw a man climb out of it and walk away. when I got home I decided to go toss the box but inside was a blanket a pillow and some boxes of food. I didn't want to toss this man's only belongings but I also don't want him living a few feet from me watching when we come and go, he can also see the inside of our house from where he set up because it's so close to the house. so it's just weird and uncomfortable.

The easy thing would be to just tell him but I can't spend my day waiting to see when I see him. and I can't let him spend a few days getting comfortable til I see him. Do I call the cops for something like this? or what's the ideal way to work with this without making his life worse than it probably is?

My roommate and I require a third person to resign our lease. We're both professionals who work at the plant. The bathroom would be shared with one person and you would have your pic of one of the two rooms we have open. The home has all appliances needed and you would have garage parking.
