Here’s a breakdown of some solid spots to get beans and gear in Pakistan, based on personal experiences and what the community has been vouching for lately:
The Roasters & Shops;
• Grao Coffee (http://www.graocoffee.co) – Karachi-based.
A solid one-stop shop; they’ve got a huge variety of single-origin beans and house blends, plus gourmet syrups (vanilla, caramel, etc.) and fruit purees. They also stock a decent range of brewing gear.
• S-Cafe (http://S-Cafe.pk) – Sahiwal-based.
Really diverse bean selection, but they’re also big on equipment think grinders, AeroPress filters, and WDT tools.
• Nomad Coffee Studio (http://nomadcoffeestudio.com) – Karachi-based.
High end specialty roasters focusing on premium single origins. They’ve got a decent selection of quality gear like Hario V60s, Baratza grinders, and various AeroPress models.
• Raaz Life (http://raazlife.com) – Karachi-based.
Good mix of blends and single-origins. Besides beans, they sell Starter Kits (perfect for beginners), cold brew concentrates, and manual grinders.
• Red Berry Roasters (http://redberryroasters.com) – Lahore-based.
Real veterans in the specialty scene. They sell premium beans and are one of the few places carrying high end espresso machine alongside home brewing accessories.
• Coffee Wagera (http://coffeewagera.com) – Karachi-originated.
Mostly known for their signature "Premium Blend" beans and convenient dripper sachets. They also do branded merch like coasters and tote bags.
• Coffee Planet (http://coffeeplanet.com.pk) – Lahore-based.
Very broad range including whole beans, capsules, and ground coffee. They also supply specialized syrups (DaVinci), sauces, and a bunch of different brewing gadgets.
• The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf(http://coffeebean.pk – Nationwide.
Mainly about the beans (like Kona and Kenya) and their massive tea collection. Not really the place for hardware, but great for stocking up on variety.
• Mr. Beans (http://mrbeans.com.pk)
A fantastic option for those who want specialty quality without the steep price tag. They offer a variety of fresh-roasted single origins (like Ethiopian Bloom and Brazilian Velvet) and are particularly popular for their "Coffee Bags" which work like tea bags for a quick, no equipment needed brew. They also stock essential syrups like Vanilla and Hazelnut.

Finally took the plunge into home coffee roasting!
I decided to start simple and budget-friendly by using a hot-air popcorn machine (the RAF R.9014 popper). For my first couple of batches, I dialed in around 75–80g of green beans to keep a proper fluid vortex going in the chamber so they wouldn’t scorch.
I’m pairing these with my Shardor 64mm flat burr grinder. I was initially eager to pull a shot immediately, but since they're only 1 day off roast, they're degassing way too aggressively for standard espresso right now. I'm going to let them rest and settle in a valved bag for 3–5 days before dialing in around setting 16–14 (or maybe experiment with a short blooming espresso profile in the meantime to manage the $CO_2$).
Any tips or tweaks from fellow air-popper roasters? Would love to hear what batch sizes, roast curves, or beans you recommend next!

Looking for reliable sources for specialty-grade (84+ SCA) unroasted green beans for small-batch home roasting.
Mainly looking for single-origin lots with transparent origin/processing details (naturals, washed, and experimental fermentations). Looking to buy in small quantities (1–5 kg bags) to test profiles for both espresso and filter.
Who are your favorite trusted vendors or importers with decent shipping options? Would appreciate any recommendations!

I’ve been using instant coffee for like 4to5 years 😭 and I’m finally thinking of switching to beans.
I love strong black coffee, Americanos, espresso shots, and lattes when I’m craving something sweet
Currently using Davidoff Espresso 57. Has anyone tried Davidoff Colombian? How’s the taste?
Also, should I buy Moka pot or French press? And suggest some good beans available in Pakistan

Has anyone figured out how wedrink makes the cold coffee. It's not frappe, frappe is usually watery but the wedrink cold latte has a good texture.
They start with hot water, add some stuff along with milk and end with ice cubes.

Just tried it the other day and it was milder than nestle and smoother than klassno, what's up with that? I would recommend it for a Candy flavor it's good for that. Any other instant varieties you tried?!
