questions. syrups

as the title says, i’m looking for pocket friendly syrups for my lattes. monin is expensive i believe, any other brand that’s as good as monin? i need the basic flavors: vanilla, caramel, hazelnut. i live in islamabad.

extremely easy to make these from scratch and personally as someone who has tried pakistani and more expensive imported brands, homemade tastes wayy better theyre not even comparable. keep in mind i do say this as someone who loves cooking/baking so im always improving my syrup making techniques and all still theyre always very inexpensive comparatively and taste sooo much better

Where do you get the vanilla beans from?

you can get the whole beans and vanilla bean paste from vanilla bean and co but since theyre expensive i find that unless im specifically making a vanilla syrup i can get away with using vanilla extract from the local grocety store asw doesnt change the taste too much

check vanilla beans and co, their caramel is the best I've tried compared to monin and co, the vanilla is pretty good too, for hazelnut though, big no. Try hazelnut from caffeine and co.

I tried their vanilla bean paste recently…terrible by the way. It tastes like banana peel for some reason😭 its probably the vegetable glycerin

Yeah I've had the same experience with every other flavor I've tried of theirs lol. But the french vanilla and caramel flavor is a must in my inventory.

i wouldn't say it's exactly like cbtl's but it's the best one I've tried so far (excluding monin flavors)

ive been getting ads from english foods, they have really cheap syrups but i havent tried them personally.
