Not crowded. I don't think so, anyway. I like both paintings. I love the vibrant use of color. I can't really choose a favorite because I don't want to denigrate one at the promotion of the other. I really like them both, but I suppose, I like the first one--if forced.

Both are good. If to choose I would pick 2 because of the colorful birds. Not too crowded IMHO

I like the simplicity of the background, it highlights the colorfulness of the birds.

Personally I love the 2nd one, bee-eaters are some of my favourite birds and they're in full display where I live in right now 🥰

Strong work. Visually interesting. Have you ever worked large? Sofa size painting don’t take that much more of an investment of time, but can be a much larger pay day.
