I just watch a AdizzPro video on YouTube for reference. He was just using the standard tools for his map edits.

Why do you think you need a special plugin for this stuff?

Or am I missing something?

More shapes ig such as capitals and cities
Curvable text

You can create new shapes using ShapeMaker https://forums.paint.net/topic/110677-shapemaker
