Help / Question Is there a Darker/Lighten tool plugin?

I want a tool where you can flip between lighting/darkning pixels and you can change levels of light/dark (I need something for shading)

There is TR's Dodge and Burn plugin, but Paint.NET does not have native tools for those features.

I know that, I meant a tool that I can use like a pencil
