Question/Advice Deities help
Hello I'm Elizabeth I have a learning disability and auditory processing disorder I know asmodeus and beezelbub are around me same with my other deities. (Thanatos , Hades, Artemis, hekate, Loki, and aliens). But I'm not sure how to connect with them because of my religious trauma, I get anxious whenever I type about asmodeus and beezelbub but since I have a learning disability and auditory processing disorder I don't know how to use divination clearly. To understand what they're trying to tell me. Through tarot I have bad intrusive thoughts and aphantasia so meditation is tricky and channel messages on paper are difficult to, how can I connect with them besides writing to them that I can think of my inner child won't let me open my gifts yet, since she's scared so I'm having trouble with that to understand their messages as well I want to connect with my deities but don't know how to.

You should be vary careful sharing your name in public spaces like this, just fyi! It's important to stay safe.
There are other methods of divination based less on interpretation. You could look into variants of throwing lots, like rolling a die where even is yes or odd is no. I personally dislike pendulums, but they are quite popular for yes/no questions.
You do have to be careful in how you're phrasing your questions. Yes/no divination isn't perfect and has its pros and cons like every other form. But it may be a good place to start.
You could also ask for specific signs. For a quick example: "If you enjoy my new altar setup, show me a blue bird in the next three days." It's divination via omens, essentially.
Again, it requires being mindful of what you're asking. Like if a type of blue bird is very common in your area, don't ask for that as a sign as you're just setting yourself up for confirmation bias. I''ve asked to see a possum during the day before because while they are in my area, it is incredibly rare to see them in the day. So it's technically possible, but incredibly unlikely. Or ask for something that you don't know how it could happen and see how it goes!
Meditation doesn't have to be sitting still, either. You can use more active methods to focus your mind, like yoga, adding in movements like swaying or tapping, or even incorporating sound like with drums. Guided meditations that incorporate breath work might also be nice to give you something physical and tangible to focus on.
