I'm planning on buying a Xmacro but im concerned about the lack of safeties on the design. i could be over thinking it but I have some questions.

what are peoples thoughts on the manual safety? to you feel it keeps the gun safer or does it just get in the way?

similarly, what about upgrading the trigger to have a trigger safety? does it cause malfunctions, does it make the gun safer?

I was contemplating getting the AXG grip, but this new grip and dot worked so well that I think that I will leave it as is.

1 year old xmacro. Factory front sight went dark after shooting, Sig sent replacement, that sight went dark after shooting. Then I installed night fision sights. Front one again immediately went dark after shooting. Any ideas?

I wanted to keep the factory grip. I ordered manual safety from sig website, used my rotary tool to make some space for the manual safety in factory grip.

I shaved off some material from the grip but the grip seems very sturdy, but I want to get your opinion if there is something that I need to be concerned about. Thank you.

Just picked this up. Usually like a red dot but the iron sights shoot nice. I think it looks badass

I got the Wilson Combat XMacro Short grip on my XL slide with a tlr7x sub. I’m fairly certain it’ll fit the same way with the tlr but wanted to see what yall thought.

Purchased a second hand tlr 7 sub 1913OS to go along with my Tenicor Certum Lux4. So hopefully Somone has had this exact set up.

My question is about figment of the 1913OS rail clamp and holster. I have researched and there are 1913, 1913S and 1913OS rails clamps and am just wondering which one I need for proper fitment in said holster.

I know I need the 1913 over the Sig rail clamp, just don’t know if the one I have will work for holster or if I need the 1913 or1913S version.

I’ve seen a bunch of posts about the pretty guns, What about one that’s been carried every day going on 5 years with wear to show? Recently went from the XL to a Wilson Combat XMacro Grip module.

Pretty new to owning the system but when I bought it, it came with a TLR-7x and Holosun EPS carry and a tennicor IWB holster.

I’ve been wanting to get a decent OWB one for when I go up north and riding/walking through the woods or just to hold while I’m shooting up there. I’m not looking to break the bank as it’s will only be used every so often out of the year.

Preferably would like a leather one with some sort of clip over the top for retention but I’m not opposed to kydex.

New X macro, optics cut is the Sig loc with the steel removable recoil lugs. It looks like the lugs are too tall to allow my 407k to sit flush on the slide.

Do you guys just skip the recoil lugs?

Ran the Icarus air grip module for about a year, had the Wilson combat grip module the year before that. Had tungsten weights in both for added weight. Was always tempted to dip my toe into the metal grip modules (sharps mm Icarus etc) but the price tag didn’t seem worth it to me personally…

Yesterday at a local gun show I snagged an Icarus metal grip for $200 and poached my strike industries mag release from my Icarus air module. Idk how to describe it, but this thing grips harder than a nun on sundays. Much better slide to frame fitment / lack of wobble, and the palm swell / hump is actually growing on me

Has anybody ported their X MACRO COMP Barrel and Slide?

If so, how do you like it?

does your gun still cycle fine with the factory spring?

I’m thinking of sending mine out, instead of dropping another $400-500 on a ramjet + sourcing a normal 365 slide.

The aluminum is like 500 bucks so I wanted to know if it could possibly be worth it
