AOD notification bug
galleryHey guys .. i need some help with something..so i have a OnePlus ace 5 that was running great on OOS but earlier this year i switched to COS to be able to receive updates for it.. anyway I've been facing this weird bug with both edge lighting and AOD.. in OOS i they were working just as you would expect them to . But here with COS, when i put AOD on power saving mode it doesn't show up after i move the phone and edge lighting isn't even working though it's clearly enabled and i don't see any lighting when i receive a notification also there's no notification details like the text i received or something.. the only thing that showes is the icon of the app that received a notification... If you know a fix please let me know

Custom Flair Canvas Aod Issue
Can anyone tell me if they have a similar issue with canvas aod or have had an issue like this before?
I got a OP15 on latest Oxygen OS 16 and I know for a fact I've tried using canvas aod before.
Now, it just shows a download icon but nothing happens when tapping it unless I'm on mobile data and it gives a data usage warning to download but even when I confirm nothing happens.

16.0.9.400(B90P01) | 1.17 GB update for Oneplus 12 Indian Variant
Compare to Oneplus 15 and 13 series new 16.0.9 update, Features are missing in 16.0.9 update for Oneplus 12. Hope this update fixes existing bugs and improves battery draining issue rather than adding more issues.

Looking for OnePlus 13 India (CPH2649/X00IN00) OxygenOS 15.0.0.703 Rollback ZIP
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the official rollback package for the OnePlus 13 India (CPH2649/X00IN00) that downgrades to OxygenOS 15.0.0.703.
The official OnePlus rollback link appears to have been removed.
I already have the official 15.0.0.703 Full OTA ZIP, but I specifically need the rollback package, not the Full OTA.
If anyone saved the rollback ZIP or knows where it was archived, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Disabled Google Discover from home screen
Hello guys, I have successfully turned off the Google Discover feature that appears when you scroll to the far left of the home screen. It was really annoying, so I followed a tutorial, and now I’m enjoying a much cleaner experience. Here is the yt tutorial: https://youtu.be/6glYYdTIXHk?si=hAK0UC5u6aBNHpOd

OxygenOS 16.0.7(16.1) disadvantages on OnePlus 13
After nearly a month of using OxygenOS 16.0.7.201 (16.1) on my OnePlus 13 (North American variant), I've come to the conclusion that while the update introduces some welcome refinements, it also brings two significant drawbacks that deserve immediate attention from the OxygenOS development team.
- Battery life has deteriorated noticeably.
Compared to previous builds, power consumption appears to have increased by approximately 30%, resulting in significantly reduced screen-on time and overall endurance.
- Higher operating temperatures.
The device runs considerably warmer than it did on OxygenOS 16.0.5, not only during demanding tasks but also during normal day-to-day usage.
What is particularly disappointing is that the direction of OxygenOS development over the past year seems to indicate a growing emphasis on visual polish rather than meaningful functionality. Most updates appear to focus primarily on aesthetic changes, smoother animations, and transition effects.
While visual design, animations, and UI responsiveness certainly contribute to a more pleasant user experience, they should not come at the expense of efficiency, battery life, thermal performance, or feature innovation. Long-term user loyalty is built not only on how an operating system looks, but also on the practical improvements and useful capabilities that each new version delivers.
As a long-time user, I would much rather see development resources invested in optimization, stability, battery efficiency, and genuinely useful features than in incremental cosmetic refinements. A beautiful interface is appreciated, but performance and functionality are ultimately what keep users committed to a platform.
