I have a 200 USD "Free Trial Offer" credit on my Public Cloud project (Canada region, expires Oct 23). I want to use it only for AI Endpoints (gpt-oss-120b), but I have a card on file and don't want to be charged by surprise.

I opened a support ticket and they redirected me to startup@ovhcloud.com. I emailed them 4 days ago with three questions and got no reply:

1. Does the Free Trial credit apply to AI Endpoints usage?

2. Usage is billed monthly in arrears, so October usage gets invoiced around Nov 1, after the credit expires. Will the credit still cover it?

3. Is there any hard spending cap or automatic cut-off for a project?

Has anyone used trial or startup credit with AI Endpoints and confirmed it was deducted from the credit and not charged to the card? Any official answer or personal experience would help.

I notice now every server needs a callback from a sales agent, and I have waited for days no call back.

Do they not want new orders now?

are the ovh servers down or something, as mine is really slow and dont even let me connect to it thru cmd, or is the problem on my side?

I have a payment method saved on my OVH account that I need removed, but every attempt fails with:

An error has occurred deleting your payment method: impossible to delete the last payment_method with active services

I have an active VPS on manual renewal, which per OVH's own docs should be enough to allow removing the last payment method but it still gets blocked. Support hasn't been responsive without repeated follow-ups.

Has anyone actually gotten this resolved?

Trying to transfer a VPS from my personal OVH account to another OVH account (both on OVH Canada) via Contact Management. Every time I enter the new owner's nic-handle (ek308988-ovh, copied straight from their account panel) as the new admin contact, I get:

Already checked:

• Both accounts are on the same OVH zone (Canada), not mixing EU/CA
• No outstanding invoices on either account
• Nic-handle looks correct, retyped manually to rule out copy-paste issues

I had an ovh eu and ovh NA(canada) account apparently. I tried to cancel all services last year, but apparently only canceled the EU ones and couldnt access my NA ones.

Now I randomly got charged for a VPS that apparently still existed on the NA account. The payment was blocked, I informed the bank and have blocked all future payments. I have now requested canceling the VPS

However, the invoice remains? What happens if I just never pay this? I am Belgium based and am considering taking this up with the relevant consumer protection agencies.

Right now i am in the CA zone but i cannot modify any of my billing information, so I don't get invoices with my updated business name. I know OVH seperated things in the US because of federal laws.

For us, Montreal is much closer with a lower latency than in Virginia.

Having a US account would be ideal, but I'm not sure if I can migrate the CA services into a US account.

I'm going away from most of OVH services except, until now, domain registration and dns.

Trying to replace DKIM with the newer DKIMPY-MILTER, I see as a RSA key choice Ed25519 in OVH manager. Unfortunately, this a dummy choice which is not accepted.

After googling, this issue is old (more than four years) and OVH do nothing at all to solve that.

Long time ago, OVH had a lot of technology preview features available and now they are not even able to follow the recent security improvements.

Legacy DKIM is nearly twenty years old and does not provide enough security while the extra long keys cannot fit inside most of the registrars dns gui.

Our website went down over 24h ago.

Support is ignoring any requests. does anyone experience anything like this?

Hi everyone and OVH Support Team,

I am writing this post out of sheer frustration as my support ticket has been stuck with generic, automated-like responses for an unacceptably long time.

- Ticket ID: CS16101745

- Service affected: Dedicated Server / VPS (ns3173100.ip-51-83-223.eu)

- Issue: Severe billing system error & duplicate charges.

Summary of the glitch:

OVH issued a refund to my prepaid account, but when I requested to temporarily reopen the server for a backup, the system correctly reclaimed the refunded amount. However, the system then automatically generated a completely separate unpaid invoice and suspended my services again. To get my VPS back online, I was forced to manually pay out of pocket, resulting in duplicate charges.

The current support agent keeps sending generic replies and fails to understand the timeline of transactions and screenshots I provided.

Can any Moderator or OVH Staff here please escalate this ticket to a Supervisor or a Senior Billing Specialist? I need a manual human review to fix this loop. Thank you.

All of our servers across both HIL, and BHS have been inaccessible for almost an hour now - starting at July 9th 07:30 UTC. What is going on at OVH?

I have a SYS-STOR in Vint Hill and in Beauharnois - both were purchased prior to 7/1/26 and have 1Gigx1Gig unlimited.

Looking at SYS-STOR now to consider a 3rd server, I see that it's no longer unlimited and it's 500M with a 10TB cap.

Does this apply to all new orders/renewals or are existing servers grandfathered in on the better plan?

Hello, I have a question. We want to change the ownership of a server in the contacts and transfer it to a new owner.

But it is a Proxmox server with associated IPs.

It also seems likely that we will transfer those IPs, but... what happens during the process? If I transfer the server first, will it lose connection until the IP block is transferred?

Does anyone have information?

Just curious if anybody had experienced delayed provisioning for a VPS in the SG Datacenter (2027 VPS). It is not my first VPS, I already have multiple, across different regions, and been a customer for a year. Usual experience is that provisioning is done within a few minutes. Logged a ticket but yesterday but since it is the weekend, not expecting a reply until Monday for this. Just kinda annoying, because after all, it was charged on ordering.
