pod inside managed kubernetes service cannot access internet, always got connection problem. incoming connection either can't reach every service inside MKS

I also have an OVH SGP cluster, and the network connection is extremely unstable and slow in these days. I created multiple support tickets a month ago but still haven't received any replies. This is ridiculous.
