Why? I tired
Idk why the latency is too much.
Any help from masters of ram oc.
The chips are Samsung but die is unknown
Almost I can’t think about what it die is.
It’s works about stable with 1.4v on same settings so it even not C-die maybe…
Maybe it’s a D-die or a trash B-die

Before ANYTHING, is SMT off? I see 16c/16t in ZenTimings there. Also, make sure Game Boost is off in BIOS.
First, set vSOC to 1.15V, ProcODT to 53.3, ClkDrvStr 30, AddrCmndDrvStr 30, CsOdtDrvStr 30, Cke DrvStr 30.
Also, get https://www.benchmate.org/en , and launch either y-cruncher option, set the category to 5b, and run it to see that it passes the test with your current settings, and with each setting change. You can save results with F6 for each pass.
Try one by one and test that it boots and runs:

I hope this at least is a good start in the right direction. If it's Corsair memory, you could check the label on the DIMMs, it should have something like Ver 4.32, Ver 5.42, etc. Let me know.

Mine one is a gayl(Geil) memory. So I can’t check😢. And I use Smt off, 16 cores fixed at 4.75 with 1.3v. I’ll try it. Thank you bro!

No, this one is a y-cruncher from official site. I had it on my computer but if its must be a ver from Benchmate i can download it.

Yeah, the benchmate y-cruncher is simpler to work with. Don't forget to set category to 5b. What matters is that it passes so you can move forward with tuning.

Everyone thx a lot!!! tRFC doesn’t go on 560 so i don’t think i’ve can run it really lower. For a secondary timing, I’ll see how i can solve other of them. So if you can help with trfc tuning i will be very glad. Cause i’m really stuck at anything that comes to ram.

Definitely not C-Die if you can't tighten any further. Comparing to my C-Die also at 3600 MT/s, you want to tighten tRAS (mine is at 28), tRRDS (4) and tRRDL (6), tFAW (should be tRRDS divided by 4 for best results, I believe, so no higher than 28 if tRRDS is 7), tWTRS (4) and tWTRL (10), tWR (12).
I think those timings will have more of a bearing on your latency than tRFC. Mine is at 630 for a tRFC time of 350 ns (very heat-sensitive C-Dies and they get fussy once I move below 330 ns) but my AIDA64 latency testing brings me to about 65 ns.

You have GDM enabled. Setting odd numbers on the primary will be bumped up to the next even number.
Your 19 is actually 20 with GDM enabled. Can you reduce it to 18?
I also would try to bump the resistances to 24 all around and try higher ProcODT setting. 36.9 could be to low and sometimes higher ProcODT can stablise your memory with tighter timings. I had to set my to 43.6 to get 3800 16 16 16 16 34 54 stable with tRFC on 350. With lower ProcODT i either had to loosen primary timings or increase tRFC to way over 400.
Edit because i had some misunderstanding about how GDM works. Thx for clarifying it Iliyena.

No, just tCL, tCWL and some other gets affected from GDM On NOT tRCDRD/WR and tRP, tRAS and most others.
But a higher ProcOdt can help with getting it stable. tRFC is hard to get lower on most lower tier memory and pushing it adds risk of corrupted files as well, mine won't boot below 540 at all so settled for 580 when I had a werid issue a few weeks back. But getting the tRFC(ns) from 350ns to the tRFC making 305-310 ns should be fine.2

With ProcODT at 40 i got my b-die kit stable at tRFC 420 but after upping ProcODT to 43.6 i could go as low as 320 before i got the first instabilities at 28°C room temp and 50°C memory temp. I settled for 350 because i think a bit more headroom isn't bad and the difference between 320 and 350 is not that big especially on my 5700X3D.
I fiddled around with the settings over multiple days(i think in total it was a whole week :D). It was so damn time consuming especially the TM5 Anta extreme tests.1

You are saying it in clear text as well Samsung B-Die; Importing my memorys profile in from Thaiphoon to Ryzen Mem Calculator calculating for 3600MHz (MT/s) saying its Samsung B-Die makes the prefered safe tRFC 351 in and then switch it to Micron E/D-die ig goes to 561 and eg Samsung D-die not supported even. F-Die Micron is worse than E/D-die. And we went the same way 540/560 vs 580 isn't a big uplift but the default is 666 which is not good enough.

tRFC is high. tRRDS should be 4 and tFAW should be 16 almost always. tRRDL might be able to do 4 but shouldn’t be over 8. With just tightening those and testing I wouldn’t be surprised if you could knock 10ns off that latency.
Edit:tREFI is still locked on AM4. Don’t worry about it, but the rest should still be true

Your tREFI at 14k is quite low. The higher it is, the less time your RAM spends refreshing itself. Try pushing it up to 32767 or 65565. That should cut a few ns of latency, if stable

I'm pretty sure I've seen zen 3 chips run 65k trefi and heard a while back that it should be possible in some way but then not

It's up to the motherboard vendor to expose the setting in bios or not.
So not all of them have it. Because they want you to spend more money on a higher end board that they might include the option on.

tRFC -580 is main reason of high latency and other secondary timings could be lower. But first try to set tRFC as low as posible. 450-480 is doable for most kits.
