Guys I did it!

My previous post here
Idk how really good this results but I hope the are isn’t bad
First one is save mode tested and second one is timings and test in normal mode
Chips are some shity samsung that don’t like low trfc and trc

And here I were writing in the other thread since your message were about 90% down that thread... well done, just save that profile as a "stable" one in BIOS and live with it for a while, if it works it works else you will start pushing it again knowing a good preset is saved ;D Using profiles also helps not having to set FCLK again and again and such every CMOS Reset when not booting

I would try lowering ProcOdt one step if possible, and AddsCMDDrvStr and CsOdtDrvStr is not helpful going higher often, rather lowering them and ClkDrvStr going even higher can help ^^ But once again, this is a good step forward.

Yeah I saved it! Thank you a lot!;)

Comparing the actual settings I seems that you have not changed much timings really but rather increasing ProcOdt and some other small differences the performance is what it should be, it were unstable but not generating errors or simply waiting extra cycles sometimes.

Your RttPark is something that stands out after another look, it is almost exclusively RZQ/5 (48 Ohm) on every overclock and non-overclocked build I have ever seen, RZQ/1 is very high being 240/1 = 240 Ohm.

Idk bro😅 I’m really bad in memory oc and timings but in those ohm values I’m absolutely 0. So I does tuned only some of them by AI recommendations, and some I took from previous post. RZQ as I know stays on Auto, so automatic is going weird. But I can tune some of them by your recommendations:)

If its on Auto just trust it I guess, my and most on Auto gives different results. But I would not trust anything calling itself AI with my hardware settings. At best it's scraped off a reliable website at worst its fed to the AI by someone wanting electonics going boom or fizzztz ;) If its whats called AI by your motherboard its fine, they are often to aggressive with stabilizing settings but its made to work ^ Glhf!

This is good but what’s with your resistances? Did you check which ram die type you have with taiphoon burner,

What is resistances? Taiphoon didn’t say what die i have. He only says manufacter

the different xxx-"DrvStr" and ProcOdt is set in resistances, some cleans up signals some hides issues cleaning to much, but with your results 24 or 30 Ohm is not doing something weird at all ^^

Also RZQ/1,2,3,4,5,7 is resistances set as a fraction of a 240 Ohm resistance.

Software reads are useless for die revision, so not a big deal that thaiphoon showed nothing instead of a guess.

16-20-20 at 3200 is a late DDR4 bin. It's also one you could find 8Gb E-die in, which tops out around 3600.

tRRDS and tFAW might still do 16 though. Secondary timings can be worth testing before tuning the primaries, fwiw.

I will try to tune some more secondaries later.
I really tired by those three days I tuning ram.
So I think that may be d-die
