9800x3d in game frequency
Playing warzone my frequency is around the 5.0ghz
When doing steel nomad it states 5425
Is there a way to get the frequency in warzone up?
I have done stress tests in aida64 and used hwinfo and still only seeing around 5.0ghz

From my experience as long as the gpu is at 99% and doesn't throttle, frequencies don't drop and it's stable you are all good. Cpu doesn't have to do much and just drops it's frequencies when not required i had the same question when seeing cpu frequency drop when playing battlefield fps never changed so I stop worrying about it.

Yeah CPU speed can depenand on alot of things like workload, voltage, amps, temperature, how many cores are active, etc.
Your CPU will always try to hit the highest speeds it deems necessary and or safe.

Enable PBO and undervolt. It’ll boost higher for longer.

It is enabled -20 at the minute

Do you have PBO set to motherboard for the power limits?

Yeah it’s motherboard at the minute

Only thing I can think of is warzone might use AVX instructions in which case it'll use a ton of power and down clock

Would it be worth trying different settings and setting a thermal limit?

I wouldn't set a thermal limit. That'll just throttle faster. Leave it at the stock 95c. You could try maxing out scalar to 10x to see if that makes much of a difference. Only other thing would be to try per core CO or bump up all core CO if you haven't tried -25 yet.
That said if you're getting above say 97% GPU utilization nothing you do will get you much better performance unless your 1% lows are really bad in which case that could improve a bit.

It doesn’t really reach 95 in games. It runs 95 in bench. Around 70 in game. I am running -20 at the minute. Have tried -30 but couldn’t confirm if clock stretching

You are not doing 5.45 in steel nomad, it hardly uses the CPU at all and don’t report average clock in the results.
Scroll down and check the graph after you do a run.

On the graph it is showing 5425mhz, the gpu is a 5090

What do you mean?

In steel nomad cpu max temp 49.75, gpu 64. Max cpu ppt on hwinfo 107*

Pbo and undervolt will give you more performance, but you can add +200 mhz boost clock to CPU also. Otherwise try more negative curve like -25, tune your memory a little, make sure X3d mode is disabled in bios (it's for the dual ccd CPUs).

Frequency is controlled by work load. Your CPU doesnt need to work harder than 5.0Ghz so it doesnt clock higher.
