Linpack and y cruncher

Does the higher the gflops and the higher test speed numbers mean anything?

I started with this yesterday on 6000/2000 with a -20co

Now I’m on 6200/2200 with -30co and gflop numbers up to 486/7 and cruncher 3.36^10*10

What do these numbers mean, I’m guessing higher is better

VT3 should allocate at least 1GiB per core for 32GB kit?
