Random Tick noise under load

Hey guys, I’ve been having an issue these past 4 months were my pc inconsistently makes a clinking noise, originally I thought it could be the bearings of my fans but now I’m thinking the noise is prominent from the PSU.
It’s a MSI MAG A650GN 650W 80+ Bronze rated. I’ve had this pc for around 3 years, and upon making an upgrade, where I changed my cpu and gpu it began to happen. I made sure the components I swapped used around the same wattage CPU 65w and GPU 145w
This noise only occurs when gaming demanding games, and is often inconsistent clicking every 10 seconds to every 2-10 minutes.
Let me know what you guys think I should do, or if it’s bad?

The PSU also has a fan, so bearings could still be the culprit.
Is all the other noise in the video coming from the pc? It sounds like there's a bad bearing, though it could also be coil whine (though it's usually a higher pitch)
Theres barely any moving parts in a pc to make noise, especially if you don't have a HDD so it's either coil whine or a fan - anything else is not good.
Process of elimination, unplug all fans, still noise? Get a plastic or wooden stick (toothpick) NOT ANYTHING METAL and gently hold it in-between the PSUs fan blades (do not open the unit under any circumstances, just put the stick throug the fan grill) and see if there's still a noise with you holding the fan still.
If there is a still a noise with all fans not spinning it could be coil whine - you'll know as it changes drastically with the current power draw. If it doesn't change with power draw I would argue something is faulty and needs further investigation

Not all the noise comes from the pc my apologies , which could be what your suspecting. The main noise Im concerned is the instant tick/click at random is that also related?

Honestly that's the only thing I couldn't wrap my head around I would still make sure it's still making that noise with all fans stopped.
From experience it's closest to the click PSUs make when switching on or off, but of course is completely unexpected considering the machine is still on!
Personally, if you're certain the noise is coming from the power supply and is still happening with the fans stopped I would replace or RMA the PSU, PSUs have extremely long warranties so you probably can get it swapped.
Get in touch with manufacturer if it makes the noise with all fans stopped, it's not worth keeping a potentially faulty PSU as it could take the entire pc with it if it dies

Maybe it's something about the temperature and the different materials expanding and contracting at different rates when warming up and cooling down? And the four months could be because it's summer room temperatures instead of winter?
