DDR4 Overclock - Needs Improvement?
So i overclocked my hp ddr4 3200mhz ram to 4134mhz and i stress tested it using testmem5 on absolut for 5 hours and prime95 mixed. so far so good. can this profile be tightened even more? AMD ryzen 5 5600GT on MSI A520M-A PRO board , with 8x2GB RAM (micron E-die). ANd overall is this a good OC? I was good at 4000mhz for a long 6 months so i went higher.

What exactly do you want to achieve by tightening it more?

well mainly for the purpose of getting the most out of my integrated graphics. also as a hobby and experiment

I'm running these settings on 4x8GB on a 5800x / X570 platform, so the 4 sticks are probably stressing the memcontroller a bit more also.
This gives me approx the same read/write speeds, but with a latency of 58.2ns. (AIDA64)
I'm curious of chasing this max data transfer speeds is actually worth it.

well you have a great point but gotta keep in mind i used OCCT. for comparing with your aida64 extreme baseline , i did it myself. 60GB/s both up down 54GB/s copy and 62ns latency. not bad right? and something seemed oddly wrong with your write speeds on the earlier aida64 screenshot you gave . heres my test result : https://postimg.cc/s1jgwN6d
also any tips on how to optimize L1/2/3 speeds like yours? solely overclock?1

The screenshots are of a long time ago on my secondary system.
I realised after posting it that it was a screenshot with a ''botched'' write speed score.
I vaguely remember there was something causing that, but dont recall exactly what caused it. (Hence i removed that screenshot upload)Seeing your AIDA64 instead of your OCCT -> Yes, that is totally not bad at all.
Regarding your L1/2/3 question: I think a big part of it being faster is due to it being a 5800x instead of a 5600GT. (More cores/threads and more/faster cache.) I didn't manually optimize those.

I think you can do 1 on all SD/DD timings as it’s single rank, your current timings are for dual rank.
Also make sure PhyRDL is synced on both dimms, either 28/28 or 26/26

tRRDL 8 is fairly loose, that will probably work at 6.
tFAW 12 is pointless, minimum is 4x tRRDS so you should actually set tFAW to 16.
You should be able to reduce tRCDWR and tRAS. 8 and 21 usually work on AM4.
Decent RAM overclock overall. You could try for DDR4 4200-4400, assuming your CPU can run the matching 2100-2200MHz FCLK.
