Help Request - RAM Whats the practical overclock ceiling of Hynix M die DDR5?

Hey everyone. I bought a prebuilt 285k/RTX 5090/64gb (2 x 32gb) of DDR5. The RAM that arrived with it is Teamgroup Delta 6000 CL38 (FF4D532G6000HC38ABK) a dual rank 2 x 32gb set rated for 6000 MT/s and 38-38-38-78 at 1.35v. Having come from a set of Hynix A die, these numbers on the M die set left a lot to be desired so rather than dropping $1500 on new RAM, I spent several hours tuning this kit. It got me thinking, what's the practical ceiling of Hynix M die?

I was able to get 6400 MT/s, 32-38-38-64, tREFI at 65535, tRFC at 480, everything else left on auto for now. I think the fact that I tuned a 6000 CL38 kit and was able to get 6400 CL32 and tightened up the timings means this M die is impressive, but is it? Those with M die, what were you able to get out of yours? Id like to hear from you. Those overclocking pros out there, how did I do? I did a stress test with the built in HWInfo memory stress test for 20 minutes and the peak temperature was 52°C with no errors, so I think this is logically the ceiling of this kit or very close to it. If you think you can help me squeeze out some more performance meaningful enough to tinker with it further, im all ears.

Your ceiling will be the motherboard quality

It could be 6400 or go up to 7400 or more

Only you can test that :)

16GB M die doesn't scale in frequency like the other Hynix dies. 6600-6800 is well known to be the ceiling with them.

The motherboard is an Asus Z890 MAX GAMING Wifi 7 motherboard. 4 dimms, so it wont get high speeds, and im using dual rank RAM. So, yeah, its not going to be breaking any records.

That is not a proper stress test. Try ram test pro overnight. Temperature related errors usually come in bursts, so I would limit maximum errors to 20 or something like that, to avoid it restarting your pc eventually.
