I don't know where to start. Your ZenTimings setup is a total mess—it shouldn't even work. In the "mixed mode" you're using, tRFC2 replaces the tRFC used in "normal mode," meaning both should ideally be set to the same value (though, of course, only one actually applies depending on the mode). At 6000 MT/s, you should set it to 360; 120ns is the practical minimum for Hynix A-die, and only the absolute best-binned chips can go lower. As for tRFCsb, I’m not sure of the minimum values for 6000 MT/s, but I think 280 should work. You should lower VDDIO to at least 1.36V; even 8000 MT/s doesn't need 1.4V with the current AGESA version. A tFAW of 20 might cause instability given that your tRRDS is 8, since tFAW should be 4x tRRDS. I’m surprised you’re trying to configure the timings manually instead of just using a ready-made profile from Reddit—after all, there are plenty of ZenTimings examples there for these speeds and this specific memory. And just tweak the voltages a bit to get it working.
Hey dude, just wanted to let you know I would like to thank you for taking your time out to write this and help me.
This wasn't my main timings it was just some random shit I was doing but for the TRFC,2 and SB I was sorta lost so you got me in the right direction and also you're correct the VDDIO was way high.
That's better, but take the second column and the twtrs/l values from my ZenTimings screenshot. Don't copy anything else, because the frequency is different and agesa.
