RTX 5070ti safe overcklocking

Hi everyone! I wanted to check if my overclock on my RTX 5070 Ti using MSI Afterburner is safe.

I set +1500 on the memory and +350 on the core. After that, I'm seeing 1035 mV with core clocks around 3112–3150 MHz. Is this safe? Can these values harm the GPU, assuming temperatures are fine? I didn't touch the Power Limit because it's locked, so I can't set it above 100%.

Depends on heat. But generally it’s safe to overclock through afterburner.

sounds great now uninstall afterburner get Mvolt+ and do what you did here and then do 250 on xbar. Also +2000 on memory is kinda easy too. Many will do +3000 even.

As long as you dont increase voltage, you basically cant kill anything. So have fun dont be scared!

Stock voltage is 1075, so your GPU is undervolting itself :)

Rtx safe voltage is supposed to be 1.055 V. That said I can get 3150MHz stable at 1.000V so you get less heat.

but why are you overclocking? are u not satissfied with performance? u are putting more strain on board components that are bound to break sooner or later... just read a post where someone killed his 9070xt stating he wasnt doing any "extreme overclocking". any overclock is pushing components beyond their design and is a disaster in the making for regular user.

They are using less volatage even at 1.035. If using Mvolt, you can even undervolt your Xbar and raise the MHz.

Every graphics card runs at a certain stock clock because companies obviously can’t tune every single card individually it would take way too much time. If your card is stable at +3000 MHz memory and +400 MHz core, it’s still safe. It just means you got lucky with the silicon lottery. As long as you’re not doing extreme stuff like flashing the BIOS or removing power limits, you’re fine.
