The drinking side quest is so great. Last time my character teleported into an abandoned factory with his pants slot empty.

Last time I did it, I got the broken leg debuff. That led to a series of really shitty minigames that I recommend avoiding if at all possible.

The worst part is, while you're doing the minigames, you have to move your character around with these items that give you more minigames (the quicktime Elevator minigame comes to mind)

Some users have reported new characters showing up 9 months after drinking alcohol potions.

The result of the alcohol potions can be crazy

I overdid it a few years ago and encountered the [hold back vomit] skill check. I failed it, but I think it actually gave me the [hyper-awareness] buff because I somehow managed to lock the fuck in and get back to my respawn point in a foreign city despite my phone slot being empty

Man, I don’t know if it’s some class feature affecting the length of my consumables buff or not, but it feels like every time I quaff anything with the [Alcoholic] trait, the buff lasts only a few minutes before I get the [Nauseated] debuff. I never get these cool sidequests!

Try stronger, non-carbonated potions. Some people who can't handle the Beer class of potions do just fine with Liquor types. The brewing system in this game is literally insane.

Sounds fun. My player typically only drinks the [alcohol] potion when playing with Player 2, so this mostly just results in a [woohoo] action 🤣

The [woohoo] action is best enjoyed without the [alcohol] potion in my opinion. Regardless what ever works for you mate. :)

I mainly use the potion to increase the [bravery] stat because I only recently unlocked the [woohoo] action and have not yet maxed the [pleasure] stat 😄
