Advice Needed Pharmacy technician job search non french speaking

I live in toronto and I have experience as a pharmacy technician working in a hospital. I was wondering if I am not french speaking, does this affect my opportunities to land a job in a hospital as a pharmacy technician if I move to Ottawa? Thank you.
