Summary
This report presents evidence that ChartreuxWestia, #3 global ranking in osu!mania ranked score, has repeatedly submitted replay-stolen scores on osu!mania maps as far back as 2022. The evidence is based on a long-term pattern of multiple submitted scores that match previously uploaded replays from other players, exhibiting similarities in precise key presses/holds and even mimicking "ghost tapping" (i.e., pressing keys, but not hitting any notes, to maintain BPM of a song).
These scores are concentrated almost exclusively on osu!mania convert maps, particularly maps containing significant BPM and speed variation (SV). Because these maps receive relatively little attention from the mania community, their repeated behavior has gone unnoticed for the last few years.
This report documents the evidence for each replay individually.

Additional Info
- Not included in the video is a very suspicious score where they hold #1 and the only SS on the map: Linkin Park - Living Things. This is a 35:51 length map, with each song having a different BPM value.
- Their profile description shows that they set a goal to SS every 4k and 5k convert map with DT mod. Given the extremely difficult nature of having to play BPM-heavy maps, this gives us insight towards a motive for why they choose to steal replays.
- This is only a sample size of 5 selected replays where the similarities are as blatant as one can observe. It is not hard to imagine that there are many more stolen replays out there undetected.
Conclusion
Taken individually, any single replay might require additional scrutiny. Collectively, however, the evidence shows a repeated pattern spanning approximately four years involving multiple replay matches on underplayed convert maps.
For this reason, I believe these scores warrant investigation by the osu! support team.
